Hi, I’m Caitlin!

I’m a Grand Rapids native, though I’ve moved more than 35 times across 8 states and 3 countries. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of life’s transitions, uniquely equipping me to guide others through their own moves and changes.

I began my real estate career in 2012, starting as a Leasing Agent and progressing through roles such as Community Manager, Design Director, Real Estate Development Manager, and, of course, Realtor. With a diverse background in visual arts, psychology, customer service, and sales, I take a holistic approach to problem-solving and client care.

For me, real estate is much more than just a transaction; it’s about supporting individuals and families through significant life changes.
