Hello there, I’m Jess. 🙂

I can’t say I enjoyed the idea of writing a bio.. but it’s just one of those things Real Estate agents do. 

So… here we are!

I’m dedicated to showing up and putting in the hard work when it comes to the people I care about, and I truly care about my clients! 

I pride myself on building life long relationships utilizing honesty, good communication and a little elbow grease. 

I feel it is important to help you have a strong understanding of the entire buying and/or selling process and I am eager to answer all of your questions before during and after we work together.

No question is the wrong question and I want to help you find the answers to all of them, even the ones you didn’t know to ask yet!  

When I’m not showing houses I’m usually with my husband & our 2 kids; roller skating, long boarding, indoor rock climbing, axe throwing

and sometimes just cruising around in my wrangler with IT’s top off (not mine!) haha.

Jessica Withey is a very professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent. She provided a perfect mix of expertise and professionalism and became a new friend in the process. We valued her judgement and appreciated the extra eyes as we looked at various properties. She was so quick to text me whenever I had a questions or concern. Jessica's patience was appreciated. If she didn't know the answer to question she immediately would suggest who she might call to get us an answer. Jessica set up the home inspection for us, she met us there to go through the home with the inspector. During Covid she followed all the proper protocols. We highly recommend Jessica.

Jessica was outstanding in helping us find our first home! Any questions we had, she was always easy to reach and had better communication than we could have asked for. She was always available for a house showing and she adapted her schedule for us!! AMAZING! If we didn't understand something, she had the knowledge to back it up help us understand. Very personable and easy to talk with. We told her what we like in a home and what we want, and she helped us find exactly that. If you are looking for a home especially a first home we would highly recommend Jessica!!!!

Jessica was very helpful in our transition from out of state to Michigan. We were unable to attend the showings due to being out of state but she was very accommodating and did virtual showings and videos. She helped guide us to making the correct choices. After we chose a house she was still very helpful in the whole process. Great communication skills. Anytime you ask something you were going to get an answer. Never delayed in the process one bit.
